My Book Reviews for Other Authors

Here is a link to my Goodreads reviews! I also put the same reviews up on Amazon whenever I can --- long story short, there was a series of months in 2022, and now again at the end of 2024, where for some reason, they stopped letting me put reviews on there. And they never tell me what exactly I did wrong --- I'm not an inflammatory person, and I would gladly fix it if I knew what it was. But, I'll just have to deal with it until it might clear up.

Sometimes, I get really into writing these --- like, I practically write books about books; my family tells me that I'm crazy! --- so I thought: why not share them on a place like my Wix site, too, to see if they'll ever go to good use? (Other than the use of helping out these awesome authors, of course!)

The earlier ones that I did on my account were for a college Young Adult Literature course that I took; that's why they follow the formula of synopsis, opinion/analysis, and then content warnings. But the other ones since then have been for various indie authors that I have come across who are really good and underrated --- they just haven't gotten many reviews yet and could use the support --- and/or for authors that I've joined ARC teams for. It would be hard for me to review every single book that I've ever read. But when it comes to these other indie authors, not unlike myself, who I genuinely hope will get noticed and read for their clear passion and talent...needless to say, I want to help!

Also, just saying: it doesn't happen very often, but sometimes, by doing this, you even get rewarded with the real author themself liking your review! So far, I have received this honour from Heather B. Moore, Kaylee Baldwin, Lucy Keating, Karen Tucci, Rob Costello, and illustrator Sarah Coleman, as well as a couple of authors on BookBub. It's so cool!
